We deliver globally using Royal Mail.

To try and keep below the VAT & Duty levels of EU & US customs packages, we advise and try to keep to the following:

For EU Delivery

We send all items purchased as personal “Gifts” and record the value at 45 euros (above this amount, VAT & Duty can be charged). If the dispatched package is above 2kg and substantially above 45 Euros we may have to indicate this amount, and the customer will be liable for any additional charges levied by the county of destination customs.

For USA Delivery

For customs we label and send all items purchased as personal “Gifts”. The import value for US duty is $80 (above this amount, charges can be levied).  In the event an order is substantially above $80 we will mitigate the value as much as we can, but the customer will be liable for any additional charges levied by US customs.
